My order came packed really nicely, like everything was tucked in properly and nothing was bent or all over the place. The box felt safe, safe enough that I wasn’t worried when I opened it. Items looked clean too, which I always appreciate. i’m happy with it.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t as easy to carry around as I thought it would be. It feels bulkier in person, not something I’d want to take on a trip or even bring along for a quick day out. It might be fine if you’re just leaving it at home, but if you actually need it to be portable, it gets annoying fast. Shipping was okay, but the whole experience kind of felt like they made the portability issue my problem instead of the product being designed better

Customer service kind of works when it wants to. I waited way too long for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it barely helped with what I needed. Frustrating experience overall.
